Established in 1849, Yalumba is undoubtedly Australia’s most historic family owned wine company. It remains fiercely independent and progressive through the generational ownership by the Hill-Smith family. 

The Signature is a sentimental favourite. A classic Australian blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz, the first vintage release of The Signature was in 1962.

Perfumed and seductive with alluring floral notes, red liquorice, blackcurrant and dark cherry aromas.

Ripe Red Cherries, Blackcurrants, Ironstone Tannins

Well Defined Fruits, Long, Linging Tannin
