Domaine Houchart Cotes du Provence Rose 2021 750ml - France

A blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon. Unoaked.

This light, refreshing dry rosé, comes from clay and limestone soils. It's salmon pink. Strawberries and red berries abound on the nose. The palate is lively and fresh, with citrus fruit aromas and plenty of fullness from the Grenache. 

Domaine Houchart was part of the top 40 (from 300 tasted) "best buys" Provence rosé wines recommended by Decanter.com for drinking this summer.

Great with seafood, fish or cheese soufflés.
