Diplomático Single Vintage is the product of a careful selection of special rum reserves that are the protagonists of an exceptional evolution. After about twelve years of aging in ex-whiskey and ex-bourbon barrels, this rum is left to rest for another year in Oloroso sherry barrels to obtain a perfect finish.
The aromatic profile is very rich with notes of spices, almonds and vanilla. On the palate it is silky and incredibly rich with hints of tobacco, oak and caramel.
