Emperor Rom Royal Spiced comes from the paradise island of Mauritius, which has a long tradition of producing both rum and sugar.

Emperor Rom Royal Spiced is a new player in the market, making blended rum from sugar cane distillates and sugar cane juice from Mauritius. They experiment with different types of casks to create a unique flavor - this version, which they call Royal Spiced, has been aged for 6-8 months in what they call "Mono-Maturation". The cask is infused with various spices such as cardamom, cinnamon and star anise.
