Juyondai Sake Mirai Daigokugami Junmai Daiginjo is an ultra-high-end sake produced by the world-renowned Takagi Sake Brewery in Yamagata Prefecture, Japan, and is known as one of the representative works of the "King of Sake" series.
Using Takagi Sake Brewery's own rare "Sake Mirai" sake rice, the rice polishing step is as high as 35%, and only the purest part of the rice heart is taken.
After opening the bottle, fresh fruits such as cantaloupe, apples, and ripe pears are fragrant, with a smooth and delicate taste, rich layers, and a warm and long aftertaste.
It is released in an ultra-limited quantity every year, making it highly collectible!
Introduction to sake rice: Sake Mirai
Sake Mirai is a rare sake rice that was personally cultivated by the president of Takagi Sake Brewery (14th generation) in Yamagata Prefecture, Japan, and was successfully developed over 18 years.
The sire is Miyama Nishiki, and the dam line is Yamasake No. 4, and the rice grains are large and have a solid structure, making it ideal for the cold climate of Yamagata.
Sake brewed with Sake Mirai has a delicate and elegant aroma, featuring fruity aromas such as cantaloupe and tropical fruits, with a soft and sweet taste with subtle acidity and a multi-layered aftertaste.
