Using 100% Yamada Nishiki rice makes this sake special or “tokubetsu.” Yamada Nishiki is known as the ”king” of sake rice varieties. Sakes with Yamada Nishiki rice have the potential to have a great depth of flavour with a generous, full, soft texture combined with purity and precision. 80% of Yamada Nishiki rice is from Hyogo prefecture.

The taste of sake is dry and full-bodied, has a special softness. Fully conveys the original rice flavour.

Gastronomy: Sake will make an excellent pair of meat dishes, beef steak, stew, teriyaki chicken, sushi, rolls, fried mussels and tuna sashimi.
