This is a rare, limited edition, small batch, handcrafted whisky made by Changyu Koya in Taiwan. It is produced from pure malted barley and is distilled in copper pot stills. The aroma is very pleasant.  This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour. The finish is very smooth and long.

By micro-powdering the seeds of Nanko ume fruit from Kishu (most premium ume fruit in Japan) and blending them, it results in a rich and aromatic umeshu that's contains absolutely ZERO alcohol.
