Mollydooker Blue Eyed Boy Shiraz 2021 750ml

Blue Eyed Boy is dense in color with vibrant dark purple hues. A complex, alluring and lifted nose of blueberry, fresh plum, and hints of mocha cream leap from the glass. Powerful yet delicate, the wine voices luscious layers of fresh berries, aniseed spice and a finishing note of chocolate cream. Generous and dynamic layers allow the subtle tannins to create a seamless finish and great length.

Appealingly dense and toothsome, offering dark chocolate-covered açaí berry and pomegranate flavors, with notes of palo santo, wild blueberry and vanilla anglaise. A touch of French press coffee lingers on the finish.
