TASTING NOTE

APPEARANCE - Deep crimson red with purple highlights.

AROMA - Intense aromas of blueberries, blackberries and blood-plums are layered with underlying dark chocolate, freshly ground coffee and roasted chicory, with a slight perfumed lift and fragrant star anise spice.

PALATE - Richly textured, round and plush with a full, yet elegant palate of bright, fleshy blood-plum and juicy berry flavours. Subtle French oak supports a fine acid structure and long silky tannins, resulting in a harmonious, mouthwatering palate with a long, seamless finish.
