Grape Variety Shiraz Maturation Ten months oak maturation using a mixture of predominantly French oak (87%) and the remainder with American oak.

Colour:  Young and vibrant red-purple hues.

Noses:   Some elegant, floral notes and crushed raspberries, with an edge of spice and                  smoky oak. Vanilla and spice aromas support concentrated dark cherry fruit and                 toasty fragrant oak on the nose.

Palate:   Appealing ripe, gentle tannins and soft acidity frame an elegant, cool climate                    styled Shiraz with attractive black fruits. Earthy, spicy notes add complexity and                length to this medium bodied Coonawarra Shiraz.
