This exceptional malt got its complex and spicy taste from barrels made from Chinquapin oak (Quercus Muehlenbergii), which comes from the Northern Ozark area of ​​Missouri. Chinquapin is a subspecies of Quercus Alba and adds spicy flavours and aromas. They are air-dried for almost four years.

Colour: amber with brown highlights.
Aroma: orange peel, honey, nuts, butter, nuts, licorice.
Taste: cinnamon, barley, sugar, biscuits, rose hips, oak, citrus, honey.
Finish: long, hot-sweet, pepper, cinnamon, wood, vanilla.
