his Glen Spey single malt joins the Infrequent Flyers collection from indie bottler Alistair Walker. Distilled in 2008, the whisky spent 15 years maturing, including time in a ruby Port hogshead until it was bottled in 2024. A release of 308 bottles.

Nose: Lovely red wine notes. Tangy fruits - cranberries and peaches, with strawberry Hubba Bubba thrown in for good measure.

Taste: The ruby port cask certainly bears fruit, delivering an orchard-tastic experience of dried apricots, baked rhubarb pie and blood orange. All of which is complemented by almonds and Highland toffee. A warming dram, with a subtle hint of spice lingering in the shadows.
