This single pot still Irish whiskey from Teeling is made with a combination of malted and un-malted barley, creating a creamy texture alongside a sweet, fruity character. Aromas of vanilla, stewed apples, cinnamon, apricot yoghurt and banana milkshake fill the nose, alongside rich sherry aromas. The palate offers notes of toasted barley, salted caramel, dark fruit, winter spice and rich nuts, with hint of red apples and milk chocolate.
