Bottled by the fine folk at Signatory Vintage in Pitlochry, this small-batch release comes from a selection of 1st fill ex-bourbon barrels from the Miltonduff distillery in Speyside. Delicate tones of honeycomb, french vanilla ice cream join a flavour of warm caramel and soft summer fruits throughout. A very pleasant, mild and satisfying dram from the little-known Miltonduff distillery.
TASTING NOTES:Colour: Rich straw gold.
Nose: Fresh blueberries, unripe blackberries, spicy malt, oak.
Taste: Intense malt notes, milk chocolate, warming oak notes.
Finish: Long lasting.
