The Source Cardrona Gin is a craft gin produced in New Zealand. It is made with a blend of botanicals including Cardrona valley wheat, local honey, and the likes of Juniper, coriander and lemon peel. Taste-wise, it is a smooth and balanced gin with a sweetness from the honey and wheat and a crisp, citrus-forward taste from the lemon peel. The juniper provides a solid base and subtle earthy notes.
