Argiano Solengo IGT 750ml

VINTAGE: The winter season was quite mild. Rainfall was infrequent, but still provided a good water reserve. The placid month of March brought forward budding by about a week. An unexpected frost in April and a rather torrid summer put the vineyards to the test. The vineyards responded very actively thanks to the good farming techniques put in place. Thanks to these, the vines showed great strength and had the energy to overcome the summer drought, keeping their physiological functions active and allowing them to ripen constantly and correctly. During the summer, despite the daytime heat, there were very interesting night-time temperature swings which ensured fantastic grape quality, allowing the formation of bunches with perfect veraison, concentrated and very healthy.

TASTING NOTES: Great bouquet characterized by aromas of berries, chocolate and enriched by a slight spiciness and very well integrated woody note. A wine with velvety yet dense and long-finishing tannins. Great structure and tension.
