The Gran Platinum rum from Dominican Republic producer Barceló is made with rum aged in bourbon barrels, which is then filtered to remove the colour, but not the flavour.
Clear in appearance, rich in aroma with hints of citrus and pink pepper and afterthoughts of vanilla and dried fruits. The result is rich in spice and caramel, and won't change the hue of your cocktails.
