Certified organic from start to finish, this limited release from Benromach is a standout expression of craftsmanship and sustainability. Distilled in 2015 and bottled in 2024, Organic has matured for 9 years in Virgin Oak, meaning the casks have not previously contained anything else, which leads to a malty, banana and cocoa flavour profile.

In contrast to our Benromach core range, Organic uses unpeated barley so the characteristics are not smoky but instead have more creamy pepper, toasted malt and freshly ground coffee notes.
