This beautiful emerald-green liqueur packs the subtle flavor of green banana, with hints of citrus and herbs.  Less sweet than the Bols Banana liqueur, the Bols Green Banana is especially well suited for cocktails of a more refined sort. The subtle sweetness adds a unique touch to cocktails like the Green Banana Collins and Green Caipiroska, but it is also very tasty in a mix with bitter lemon, 7-Up or Sprite. Carrying the flavor of green bananas rather than ripe ones, Bols Green Banana liqueur has a slight citrusy palate and subtle herbal undertone.
