Nose: Lots of green apple and cooking apple notes. Brandy snaps. As it spends time in the glass we get more malt & oat notes

Flavour: Honeycomb, strudel, posh vanilla ice cream, faint spice

Finish: Pears, vanilla pods, Demerara sugar. Dry biscuity finish
