The Bogan Shiraz is a quintessential Barossa Valley red that showcases the region's rich winemaking heritage and the exceptional conditions of the 2021 vintage. Crafted from estate vines planted in 1899 and the 1960s, this full-bodied Shiraz is a testament to both tradition and innovation.
The grapes were handpicked, sorted, destemmed, and fermented in tank for 8–9 days, with pump-overs as required. Post-fermentation, the wine was pressed, settled, and matured for 15 months in seasoned French oak barrels. The 2021 vintage was characterized by cool and dry conditions, resulting in excellent quality reds with soft, supple tannins

Colour: Bright, deep crimson with a purple hue.
Bouquet: Dark plum and blueberry aromas, complemented by hints of charcuterie and char from the integrated oak.
Palate: Dense and rich, with layers of dark fruits, leading to a soft finish with pure, fine tannins.
