Penfolds Bin 311 Chardonnay 750ml

Vintaged since 2005, Bin 311 is a true expression of the Penfolds "House Style" in Chardonnay, drawing on high-grade, cool-climate fruit from Tasmania, Adelaide Hills and Tumbarumba - including parcels earmarked for the flagship Yattarna. Barrel fermented and matured in new and seasoned French oak, Bin 311 balances mineral acidity with textural complexity.

Colour: Light straw with green hues.

Aroma: Lemon and lime lift with mineral, struck-flint notes, layered with finger lime, lychee, quince, poached loquat and orange blossom.

Palate: Elegantly composed, marzipan sweetness and fine chalky texture meet elderflower, lavender and Thai lemongrass brightness, finishing long and fresh.

Alc: 12.5%
