This is a limited-edition wine crafted to honor the achievements of Levi, New Zealand's pioneering bowel cancer detection dog. This special cuvée is produced from the Highgrange Vineyard, an elevated site on Mount Pisa in Central Otago. Proceeds from each bottle sold support K9 Medical Detection (K9MD), a local charity dedicated to training dogs for the early detection of various cancers.

Tasting Notes
Nose: Plum, baked cherry, and Chinese five spice. 
Palate: A silky and rich texture with layers of red fruit and spice, seamlessly woven together by fine tannins and bright acidity.
