Crafted with meticulous care, the Catalina Sounds Pinot Gris is a testament to the art of winemaking. Fruit from the esteemed Sound of White vineyard was harvested in the early morning and pressed immediately at the winery.
TASTING NOTES
A dry white, it’s full of pure quince, spiced pear, peach and floral flavours that continue to build. The subtle use of oak gives you a layered and well-rounded mouth feel balanced by fresh acidity and mineral notes.
