Craggy Range Te Muna Riesling 750ml
Produced from a small planting of Riesling, planted on the higher terrace of the Te Muna Road Vineyard, this wine exhibits a juicy texture that is distinctly Martinborough. These grapes were hand-picked, and a whole bunch pressed, then fermented cool and left on lees for some four months after vintage resulting in a deeply expressive wine with poise and elegance.
TASTING NOTE
Pale golden straw. Lifted lime zest with the hint of lavender blossom ticking through. The beautifully poised palate with sugar and acid sits in harmony. A very subtle savoury note hints and another level of complexity. It’s a delicious example of the single varietal of the Te Muna Road vineyard.
