Mission Estate Riesling 2021 750ml

Fruit harvested from the Ohiti Road vineyard was destemmed and lightly pressed. Only the free-run juice was used. A long, cool fermentation retained delicate aromatics and once the wine reached the perfect balance of residual sugar and acidity, the fermentation was stopped.

Estate Riesling is a single vineyard wine with aromas of fresh lemon and lime that carry through into the palate. There is a subtle natural sweetness and clean refreshing finish.
