Crafted by fourth-generation vintner Laura Catena and chief winemaker Alejandro Vigil, this wine is a blend of Malbec grapes sourced from three esteemed vineyards in Mendoza.
The winemaking process includes a five-day cold maceration at 8.8°C to extract aromas, followed by fermentation lasting 10 to 16 days with a total maceration of 19 to 22 days. The wine is aged for 11 to 13 months in French oak barrels of varying usage. With an alcohol content of 13.5%, it exhibits a deep ruby colour with violet hues.

Tasting Notes
Nose: Presents intense aromas of black fruits such as blackberries, plums, and blueberries, complemented by subtle floral notes of lavender and vanilla. 
Palate: Reveals a full-bodied wine with silky tannins, balanced acidity, and flavors of ripe black fruits, dark chocolate, and a hint of tobacco. 
Finish: Long and elegant, showcasing the wine's exceptional structure and aging potential.

Food Pairing: Wonderfully with a variety of dishes, including grilled meats, hearty stews, and aged cheeses.
