Tasting Note

Appearance: A deep yellow color with bright golden hues

Bouquet: The nose features standout ripe tropical fruit aromas of pineapple and banana accompanied by white fruits that recall peaches, while the coastal climate makes itself felt in the subtle notes of artichoke hearts. A selection of French oak barrels with different degrees of toast delivers elegant toasted notes that recall hazelnuts and vanilla.

Palate: The palate is quite fresh, but with generous volume, very enjoyable acidity, and a wonderfully persistent finish.
