Crafted from 100% Shiraz grapes sourced from low-yielding, 70-year-old vines in the Tappa and Light Pass regions, this wine embodies the legacy of German-Silesian growers who have cultivated the land for generations.

Tasting Notes
Colour: Deep crimson with purple hues. 
Nose: Perfumed aromas of blueberry, blackberry and mulberry, interwoven with notes of white pepper, nutmeg, fresh bay leaf, wild thyme and hints of cedar. 
Palate: Dark and brooding with layers of plush mixed berries, clove, nutmeg and cinnamon, balanced by bright acidity and fine, velvety tannins.
