Giusto di Notri is a powerful yet elegant wine. Pre-harvesting was limited as well as grape clusters’ selection since the vintage did not require any particular intervention. This wine shows extreme complexity and structured, also considering of the marvellous vintage. Good tannins, strong body with varietals notes of remarkable length.

Tasting Notes:

Expect dark fruit (blackberry, plum, currant), earthy notes, graphite, spice, hints of violet, cedar, and moss, with a creamy texture and long finish.

Food Pairings:

Excellent with roasted meats (beef, venison) and aged cheeses.
