TASTING NOTES
Golden with very fine bubbles. a beautiful aromatic complexity; aromas of ripe fruits and spices; notes of roasted apple, compote and peach. nice structure combined with length and vivacity. The bubble is fine. Aromas of pear, brioche and spices with hints of fresh nuts.
