Waipara Hills Waipara Valley Riesling 2020 750ml

Bold, expressive, and delicious, it's a gold medal Riesling for all! The Waipara Valley is home to many aromatic grapes from Riesling and Pinot Gris to Pinot Noir and Gewtz. Because of the climate, the wines are made in a variety of styles from bone dry too lusciously sweet and botrytized. The Waipara Hills 2018 Riesling sits at the drier end of the spectrum with hints of rich, ripe fruit sweetness on the finish. Think red apple, pineapple, ripe juicy lime with notes of cardamom and ginger. Try it with an aromatic green curry or alongside an unctuous pork belly.
