Redbreast 27 Years Single Pot Still Batch No.2 Whisky is a true masterpiece of the distiller's art. The whiskey is made from the finest Irish barley, triple distilled in copper pot stills, and aged for 27 years in a combination of ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks.
TASTING NOTES
The nose is a delicate balance of oak, vanilla, and sherry, with just a hint of spice. The palate is full-bodied and complex, with flavours of raisins, caramel, and roasted nuts. The finish is long and satisfying, with a gentle warmth that lingers on the tongue.
