Aile d'Argent is the celebrated dry white wine of Château Mouton Rothschild, produced in limited quantities and renowned for its precision, richness, and ageing potential. The 2025 vintage is a vibrant and refined expression, combining aromatic intensity with freshness and texture.
The nose is highly expressive, revealing grapefruit, lemon zest, white peach, pear, passionfruit, elderflower, and subtle flinty notes. On the palate, the wine is crisp yet beautifully textured, with bright acidity, excellent concentration, and a mineral backbone that brings precision and length. The finish is long, saline, and remarkably elegant.
