WINEMAKER / TASTING NOTES

Golden yellow with green lights. Complex aromas of peaches, green apples and toasted brioche. A delicate, beautifully persistant bead with a fresh, creamy mouthfeel.

GRAPES: Chardonnay, Mauzac, Chenin Blanc and Pinot Noir.

WINE PAIRING: excellent appetizer. It also combines well with hors d'oeuvres or desserts like creme brulee.
