Arômes de Pavie is the second wine of Château Pavie, offering a more accessible and earlier-drinking expression of the estate’s powerful limestone terroir. The 2025 vintage shows impressive ripeness, concentration, and a polished modern style typical of the Pavie family.
The nose is expressive and fruit-driven, with aromas of black cherry, plum, blackberry, violet, cocoa, licorice, and subtle toasted spice. On the palate, the wine is medium to full-bodied with rounded tannins, generous fruit density, and a smooth, supple structure. It retains good freshness beneath its richness, leading to a soft but persistent finish.
