Babydoll Clare Valley  Shiraz 2022 750ml  

Our Clare Valley Shiraz parcels were individually harvested by mid April. The fruit was destemmed and a warm fermentation followed with regular cap movement, to help extract colour and flavours from the skins. The wines were pressed off once the right balance of fruit and tannins were achieved. After aging, the wine was then blended, stabilised, and bottled.

A bouquet of dark cherry and black forest fruits with hints of spicy oak. On the palate, you'll enjoy intense flavours of ripe blackberry, dark fruits and hints of plum.

Perfect match with braised beef short ribs with a rich red wine sauce.
