A 2010 Caol Ila single malt from independent bottler Signatory Vintage that was matured in a single sherry cask for 11 years, before being bottled in September 2022 as part of its Cask Strength Collection.
Aroma:
Smoked meat, dried fruit and sweet peat smoke rise from the glass.
Palate:
Cigar tobacco, red fruits, smoked bacon and spices spread in the mouth.
Finish:
The taste slowly fades away with sea salt and sultanas, complemented by fine roasted notes.
