Carrick Bannockburn Pinot Noir 750ml

Hand picked from the oldest vines on the estate, gown on their own roots. After a wild ferment, the wine is matured in oak for 11 months, 23% new. It is elegant with savoury notes, underpinned by a fine tannin structure.

A complex nose showing layers of black cherry, cinnamon and cedar. The palate is spice-driven with vibrant red cherries supporting the denser more concentrated dark fruits. The weighty structure provides a solid backbone to the wine, following through to a long cassis and cocoa finish.
