Carrick Bannockburn Pinot Noir 750ml

Hand picked from the oldest vines on the estate, gown on their own roots. After a wild ferment, the wine is matured in oak for 11 months, 23% new. It is elegant with savoury notes, underpinned by a fine tannin structure.

Tasting Notes
Colour: Youthful and savoury, with bright fruit and varietal characteristics. 
Nose: Core flavours include plums and raspberries, complemented by dried herbs and a rugged Otago landscape quality. 
Palate:  Complex and dry, with firm tannins and plenty of acidity. 
Finish: Barrel flavours add complexity and length, making it  maturation and development.
