Château Canon is one of the leading estates on the Saint-Émilion limestone plateau, known for its precision, purity, and finely etched elegance. The 2025 vintage is a superb expression of this terroir, combining aromatic finesse, depth, and outstanding balance.
The nose is highly refined and expressive, showing black cherry, wild strawberry, plum, violet, rose petal, crushed limestone, graphite, and subtle spice. On the palate, the wine is silky yet structured, with remarkable precision, finely grained tannins, and a vibrant core of fruit lifted by limestone-driven freshness. The finish is long, mineral, and beautifully detailed.
