Château Lilian Ladouys 2025 is an organic-certified Saint-Estèphe that continues to demonstrate the estate’s rise in consistency and quality. The 2025 vintage highlights a more refined, pure, and precise expression of the appellation, while maintaining its traditional structure and depth.
The nose is open and expressive, offering black cherry, blackberry, and ripe plum, layered with violet, crushed raspberry, cedar, and gentle earthy spice. Subtle herbal and graphite tones add complexity and freshness. On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied with fine, structured tannins and a supple core. The fruit is clean and well-defined, supported by fresh acidity that brings lift and balance. Oak is discreet and well integrated, enhancing texture without overpowering the fruit. The finish is elegant, gently mineral, and persistent.
