Château Pavie Macquin is one of the leading estates on the Saint-Émilion limestone plateau, consistently delivering wines defined by precision, minerality, and vibrant energy. The 2025 vintage continues this signature style, showing excellent tension, depth, and aromatic purity.
The nose is expressive and finely detailed, with aromas of black cherry, plum, blackberry, violet, crushed limestone, graphite, and subtle spice. On the palate, the wine is structured yet elegant, combining ripe fruit intensity with a firm mineral backbone. The tannins are finely grained and well-integrated, giving shape and drive to the wine’s layered profile. The finish is long, focused, and saline, reflecting the estate’s limestone terroir.
