Château Quintus 2025 is a refined and increasingly precise expression of this Saint-Émilion estate, now firmly established among the region’s modern elite properties. Owned by Domaine Clarence Dillon, the estate continues to elevate its style toward greater definition, purity, and aromatic finesse.
The nose is complex and elegant, opening with ripe black cherry, plum, blackberry, and crushed raspberry, layered with violets, cedar, spice, and subtle graphite notes. On the palate, the wine is medium to full-bodied with finely sculpted tannins and a polished, silky texture. The 2025 vintage shows excellent freshness and energy, balancing ripe fruit concentration with lift and precision. The finish is long, structured, and refined, with persistent mineral and floral notes.
