The Veuve Clicquot Cave Privée is a collection of vintage Champagnes specially selected for their exceptional quality and maturing potential. This Champagne matured for decades in the centuries-old crayères of Veuve Clicquot in the heart of the Reims Champagne region. 

In the beginning you will recognize citrus & sweet aromas such as: orange, candied orange zest, marzipan, honey and caramel with a nice ratio of floral notes and spiciness (white pepper). Other aromas you will recognize are: Mirabelle jam, stewed pears, beeswax and toasted bread.

The secrets of this carefully preserved Veuve Clicquot - Cave Privées 1995 are not easily revealed. Use a nice convex glass for pouring and be surprised.
