De La Terre Cuvee II Methode Traditionnelle 2021 750ml

A crisp, fresh ‘fruit-forward’ Methode with obvious yeast notes and the minerality typical of our limestone terroir. The stylistic aim was for 3 essential elements: fresh, fruit-forward, and obvious but restrained brioche/bready notes.

A very clear pale lemon colour which highlights the elegant and persistent mousse.
Fresh, clean aromas of green apple, stonefruit and citrus with obvious bready and mineral notes.
A strong flavour ‘attack ’showing a vibrant marriage of fruit and yeast influences. The firm and fresh acidity provides balance and persistence of flavour through to a long, clean finish.
