Tasting Notes
Colour & Aromas: Pale straw to mid-yellow with a green tint; expressive nose of capsicum (green pepper), ripe gooseberry, and fresh herbaceous notes. 
Palate: Crisp,  with capsicum, citrus, and herbaceous fruit; a little residual sweetness balances the refreshing acidity. 
Finish: Clean, lingering, a zesty, refreshing acid-driven end.

Alc: less than 0.5% alcohol
