Elephant Hill Le Phant Rosé is a refined, dry-style rosé from New Zealand's Hawke’s Bay region, crafted predominantly from Syrah (98%) with a touch of Viognier (2%). The grapes are sourced from three distinct vineyards—Te Awanga (Sea), Bridge Pa Triangle (Earth), and Gimblett Gravels (Stone)—and the wine is aged in tank for 9 months without oak, preserving its fresh and elegant profile.

Nose: Presents delicate aromas of white peach, lemon pith, crunchy apple, and pomegranate, with a hint of savory nuance. 
Palate: It offers excellent focus and fine flow, framed by crisp acidity.
Finish: A long, linear finish.
