• 50ml Tanqueray Blackcurrant Royale 700ml 
• 50ml Clound Bay Pelorus
• 30ml Lemon Juice
• 10ml Simple Syrup (optional)

Add all ingredients into a Champagne Flute. Garnish with a Lemon Twist.                      We recommend to keep the Gin in freezer for a few hours before mix. And don't worry, it would not get frozen.
