The Gibbston Valley China Terrace Chardonnay is a premium, single-vineyard, organic white wine produced by Gibbston Valley Winery. Unlike most of the winery's estates located in the cooler Gibbston subregion, the China Terrace Vineyard is situated in Bendigo, Central Otago. Aroma
Lifted aromas of white flowers, lemon blossom and citrus zest, layered with white peach, nectarine and subtle mineral notes. Gentle lees influence adds hints of biscuit and spice.

Elegant and precise, showing vibrant citrus and stone fruit flavours. A fine saline edge and pronounced mineral character provide freshness and complexity. The texture is silky yet focused, balanced by bright acidity and subtle oak integration.
Finish
Long, clean and persistent, with lingering notes of lemon, white peach and wet stone minerality. The wine combines purity, tension and finesse, reflecting its cool-climate Bendigo vineyard origin.
