Haut-Bailly II 2025 - France - En Primeur
Haut-Bailly II is the second wine of Château Haut-Bailly, one of the most elegant estates in Graves. It is crafted to express the same refined DNA as the grand vin, but in a more approachable and earlier-drinking style. The 2025 vintage shows purity of fruit, finesse, and a polished, Cabernet-driven profile.
The nose offers blackcurrant, red cherry, plum, violet, light cedar, tobacco, and subtle spice. On the palate, it is medium-bodied with soft yet well-defined tannins, fresh acidity, and a smooth, fruit-forward core. The structure is balanced and refined rather than powerful, leading to a clean, gently mineral finish.
